Tend to your brows. Properly groomed brows are the first step toward gorgeous eyes, making them appear younger and more alert. If your brows are over-plucked or the wrong shape, or if you’ve never done anything with them, head to a good beauty salon for a brow grooming session.

Tip: A dab of Vaseline® Original 100% Pure Petroleum Jelly tames and conditions brows.

Apply your concealer to the entire eye area, all the way around the eye and from your lashes to your brow bone. Yes, concealer camouflages dark circles and redness and acts as a primer for your shadow. But it also brightens, making your eyes stand out.

Tip: Simple® Eye Makeup Remover removes even waterproof mascara and relaxes the eye area at the end of the day.

Add a highlight shadow. After you sweep on your shadow, add a lighter shade in the center of your lid, “right above the iris,” Ramy says. “Every time you blink, it makes your eyes pop.”

Use mascara wisely. To avoid what Ramy calls “that tragic clumpy look,” replace dried-out mascara with a new tube, use no more than two coats, and don’t apply a new coat of mascara over one that’s hours old.
