Breyers Ice Cream Sandwiches

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 large assorted cookies (about 3-in.)
  • 2 cups Breyers® Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry Ice Cream

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. On bottom of 4 cookies, evenly scoop Breyers® Vanilla, Chocolate, Strawberry Ice Cream, then gently press on remaining cookies, bottom-side-down; smooth sides. Cover and freeze 30 minutes or until ready to serve.
