Ingredients List
  1. 3.5 oz boiled potatoes
  2. 3.5 oz smoked salmon
  3. 2 tbsp Maille® Dijon Original Mustard
  4. 1 tsp finely chopped fresh dill
  5. 2 tbsps bread crumbs
  6. Maille® Mustard Variety Pack

Directions

1. Mash the boiled potatoes and add 1 tbsp Maille Dijon original mustard and place in the base of the cocotte.

2. Add the salmon on top to cover the potatoes

3. Smother with the remaining mustard

4. Sprinkle the top with interchanges of the dill and bread crumbs.

5. Drizzle with olive oil and bake in the oven at 375 degrees F, for 20mins.

6. Drizzle with Maille balsamic glaze and serve warm or cold.
