Alphonso Mango Cheesecake Cups

INGREDIENTS
- 1 pint Talenti Alphonso Mango Sorbetto (Link opens in new window.)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar (or to taste)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup whipped cream
- 2–3 fresh passion fruits, halved
- Mango slices (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a small bowl, mix the graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until evenly coated. The crumbs should hold together when pressed, without feeling greasy.
- Divide the crumb mixture evenly among 4 serving glasses or jars. Press lightly with the back of a spoon to form the base layer. Chill in the fridge for 15 minutes to set.
- Meanwhile, beat the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract together until smooth and creamy.
- Spoon or pipe a layer of the cream cheese mixture over the chilled graham cracker base. Smooth out the top with the back of a spoon.
- Add a generous scoop of Talenti Alphonso Mango Sorbetto.
- Top with a dollop of whipped cream.
- Add fresh mango slices for extra mango flavor, if desired.
- Scoop the pulp of 2–3 passion fruits and drizzle over for a burst of tartness.
- Serve immediately.
