Baked Fudge Brownie
PREP TIME 30 mins SERVES 3 persons
Ingredients
- 1 Magnum Double Salted Caramel pint (Link opens in new window.)
- 3.5 oz dark chocolate, suitable for baking
- 6 1/2 tsp cocoa powder
- Pretzels
- 4 1/2 Tbsp butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- Caramel sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°C
- Melt the chocolate and butter over warm water bath
- Add sugar to the melted chocolate mixture with a whisk
- Add the eggs to the mixture and stir with a whisk
- Add flour and cocoa powder and stir with a spatula
- Poor the mixture into a couple of bowls(3) that are suitable for baking
- Press a couple of pretzels into the brownie
- Bake the brownie for 12-15 minutes or until cooked depending on the oven
- Let them cool down for 5 minutes
- Take a Magnum Double Salted Caramel pint
- Scoop the ice cream on top
- Add caramel sauce and serve
