Baked Fudge Brownie

PREP TIME 30 mins     SERVES 3 persons

Ingredients

  1. Preheat oven to 350°C
  2. Melt the chocolate and butter over warm water bath
  3. Add sugar to the melted chocolate mixture with a whisk
  4. Add the eggs to the mixture and stir with a whisk
  5. Add flour and cocoa powder and stir with a spatula
  6. Poor the mixture into a couple of bowls(3) that are suitable for baking
  7. Press a couple of pretzels into the brownie
  8. Bake the brownie for 12-15 minutes or until cooked depending on the oven
  9. Let them cool down for 5 minutes
  10. Take a Magnum Double Salted Caramel pint
  11. Scoop the ice cream on top
  12. Add caramel sauce and serve
