Cookies & Cream No-Bake Pie

INGREDIENTS
Crust
- 24 Oreos, additional for topping
- 7 tbsp salted butter, melted
Filling
- 4oz Cream Cheese
- 1 Pint Talenti Cookies & Cream (Link opens in new window.), slightly melted
- 4-5 Crushed Oreos
Whipped Topping
- 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream, cold
- 1/4 cup Sugar
Optional Toppings
- Crushed Oreos
INSTRUCTIONS
- To make the crust: Add Oreos to a food processor and mix until crumbly. Add to a bowl and mix in butter until the texture resembles wet sand. Press mixture into a tart pan, ensuring the entire pan is coated. Add to the freezer for 20 minutes.
- While the crust is freezing, combine cream cheese and Talenti Cookies and Cream gelato into a bowl. Use a hand mixer to mix together until smooth. Add additional crushed oreos.
- When the tart is finished freezing, begin making the whipped topping. In a bowl, combine heavy whipping cream and sugar. Using a hand mixer, whip cream on high speed until stiff peaks begin to form, about 2-2 ½ minutes. Be sure not to over mix the cream.
- Place whipped topping on top of the tart. Top with additional crushed Oreos.
