Egg Salad Sandwiches
- 6 hard cooked eggs, chopped
- ¼ cup Maille® Cornichons (Link opens in new window.), finely chopped
- ¼ cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise (Link opens in new window.)
- 1 tbsp. Maille® Dijon Originale Traditional Mustard (Link opens in new window.)
- 4 slices whole grain bread, toasted
- 2 cups green leaf lettuce leaves
- Combine eggs, Maille® Cornichons, Hellmann’s® Real Mayonnaise and Maille® Dijon Originale Traditional Mustard in bowl.
- Evenly top toast with lettuce and egg salad. Season, if desired, with salt and pepper and garnish, if desired, with crisp-cooked bacon and chopped chives.
