Magnum french toast berries article

French Toast & Berries

Prep Time: 20 mins


  • 1 Magnum double salted caramel pint
  • 2 slices Brioche loaf
  • 1 oz raspberries
  • 1 oz blueberries
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 1/2 oz milk
  • Sugar
  • Maple syrup
  • Frying oil or butter


  1. Whisk eggs and milk together in a bowl together with 2 spoons of sugar
  2. Heat a frying pan at medium heat and add some oil
  3. Soak the brioche slices in the egg mixture and add them to the pan
  4. Pan fry quickly, and when it starts to color flip the breads around
  5. Remove from pan and place them on a plate
  6. Take a Magnum Double Salted Caramel Pint
  7. Add a generous scoop of Magnum on top
  8. Decorate with the berries and a drizzle maple syrup and serve
