Hellmann’s®/ Best Foods® 3 Cheese Chicken
2 lbs. chicken breast thin
6 oz. cream cheese
1/2 cup cheddar cheese
1/2 cup monterey jack cheese
1/4 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Mayonnaise
1 clove garlic pressed
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat the oven to 400˚F.
In a medium sized bowl, mix cream cheese, half of the cheddar cheese, half of the monterey jack cheese, Hellmann’s or Best Foods mayonnaise, and garlic together until combined.
Place the chicken breast in a baking dish and season on both sides with salt and pepper. Spread the cheese mixture over top and finish by sprinkling the remaining cheddar and monterey jack over evenly.
Bake for 20-30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through (165˚F internal temperature).
Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions and serve hot!
