
Holiday Ham Breakfast Croissant
Ingredients:
- Leftover croissants
- Sir Kensington’s Chipotle Mayonnaise
- Leftover honey glazed ham
- Fried eggs
Directions:
- Slice croissants into two slices and lightly toast
- Sear leftover honey glazed ham until crispy and brown, 3-5 minutes per side
- In the same pan, fry one egg for each croissant
- Spread Sir Kensington’s Chipotle Mayonnaise on the croissant and assemble sandwich with seared ham and fried egg
