
Layered Double Raspberry Chocolate Cups

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1 package (3 bars) Magnum Double Raspberry Bars (Link opens in new window.)
- 1/4 cup seedless raspberry jam
- 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
- fresh raspberries, for garnish
- fresh mint, for garnish
Directions
- Deconstruct Magnum® Double Raspberry Bars by removing chocolate shells;
- Break into small pieces;
- Place in freezer.
- Remove raspberry ice cream from bars;
- Add to bowl.
- In each of two tall glass dessert dishes or glass jars, add graham cracker crumbs, a layer of raspberry ice cream, a layer of raspberry jam and a layer of shredded coconut.
- Repeat with graham cracker crumbs, ice cream and jam until the jar is filled.
- Top with reserved chocolate pieces.
- Garnish each with fresh raspberries and mint.
- Serve immediately or freeze until ready to serve.
