
Baked Haddock with Orange Hollandaise
Cook up Knorr’s delicious Baked Haddock with Orange Hollandaise Sauce. A recipe that’s quick and easy to make but flavorful to eat!
Ingredients List
- 1 1/2 lbs. haddock fillets
- 4 tsp. finely grated orange zest, divided
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 package Knorr® Hollandaise sauce mix
- 3 Tbsp. orange juice
Directions
Print1. Preheat oven to 375°. Spray baking pan with no-stick cooking spray. Place haddock on prepared pan. Season, if desired, with salt and black pepper. Combine 2 teaspoons orange zest and margarine. Spread over haddock. Bake 25 minutes or until fish flakes with fork.
2. Meanwhile, prepare Knorr® Hollandaise sauce mix according to package directions, adding orange juice and remaining zest. Serve with haddock.
