Ingredients List
  1. 1 lb. lean ground beef
  2. 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  3. 1 stalk celery
  4. 1 medium carrot, finely chopped
  5. 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  6. 1/2 tsp. dried basil
  7. 1/2 tsp. dried oregano leaves
  8. 1 can (28 oz.) crushed tomatoes
  9. 1 tub Knorr® Homestyle Stock - Beef
  10. 1/4 cup heavy cream

1. Brown ground beef with onion, celery, carrot, garlic, basil and oregano in 12-inch (30cm) nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring frequently, about 10 minutes.

2. Reduce heat to medium and stir in tomatoes and Knorr® Homestyle Stock - Beef until Stock is melted. Simmer covered, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes.

3. Stir in cream; heat through. Serve, if desired, over hot cooked pasta.
