  4. 4 large hard-boiled egg yolks, grated
  5. 1 avocado, chopped
  6. 1 small red onion, thinly sliced into rings
  7. 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
  8. 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  9. 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

  11. 1/4 to 1/2 cup grated fresh horseradish
