Ingredients List
- 2 small romaine hearts (about 8 ounces total), halved lengthwise
- 2 medium tomatoes, each sliced into 6 pieces
- 8 slices bacon
- 4 large hard-boiled egg yolks, grated
- 1 avocado, chopped
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced into rings
- 3/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1 cup Sir Kensington's® Avocado Oil Mayonnaise
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup grated fresh horseradish
- 1 teaspoon Sir Kensington's® Dijon Mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, optional
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh chives
Directions
