- 2 cups uncooked quick or old fashioned oats
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 6 Tbsp. Promise® Buttery Spread
- 1 1/4 cups firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1/3 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
Directions
Print1. Preheat oven to 375°. Grease baking sheets; set aside.
2. Combine oats, flour, baking soda and salt in medium bowl; set aside.
3. Beat Promise® Buttery Spread with brown sugar in large bowl with electric mixer until creamy, about 3 minutes. Beat in egg, yogurt and vanilla until blended. Gradually beat in oat mixture just until blended. Stir in raisins and walnuts.
4. Drop dough by 2 tablespoonfuls, 4 inches apart, on prepared baking sheets.
5. Bake 12 minutes or until edges are golden and centers are set. Cool 2 minutes on wire rack; remove from sheets and cool completely.
