  1. 4 chicken breast fillets (as thin as possible)
  2. 1 carrot
  3. 5 white button mushroom medium-sized
  4. 1/2 cup soft fromage frais (plain)
  5. 2 teaspoons Maille® Mustard Variety Pack
  6. 1/2 cup green lentils
  7. 12 shelled walnuts
  8. 2 tbsp blue cheese
  9. Salt, pepper

1. Peel the carrot and the mushrooms.

2. Brunoise the carrot and mushrooms. (That is to say, cut in very small pieces.)

3. Heat some oil in a frying pan and cook the vegetables over medium heat for 15 minutes.

4. Stir occasionally.
