- 4 ounces chorizo sausage, chopped
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 can (16 oz. to 19 oz.) cannellini beans or white kidney beans, rinsed and drained
- 5 cups water
- 2 Knorr® Tomato Bouillon with Chicken flavor Cube(s), crumbled
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
Directions
Print1. Brown chorizo in small sauce pot over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Add onion and cook about 4 minutes, until golden. Stir in garlic and beans and cook 1 minute, stirring to coat beans. Add water and Knorr® Tomato Bouillon with Chicken flavor Cubes and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer about 15 minutes. Stir in cilantro and serve.
