Ingredients List
  1. 2 beef patties, (about 4 oz. each)
  2. 3 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
  3. 4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  4. 1 pinch paprika
  5. 4 Tbsp. Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, divided
  6. 2 Tbsp. light cream
  7. 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
  8. 2 brioche rolls, toasted
  9. Lettuce leaves

1. GRILL, panfry or broil burgers to desired doneness.

2. HEAT 2 Tbsp. oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook mushrooms 5 minutes or until softened. Stir in paprika; remove from heat and stir in Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise and light cream.

3. MEANWHILE HEAT remaining oil in medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, until golden and tender, about 7 minutes.

4. EVENLY SPREAD rolls with remaining Mayonnaise, then top with lettuce and burgers. Evenly spoon mushroom mixture and onions on top. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Top with roll tops.
