Ingredients List
  1. 1 cup lime juice, (about 4 to 5 limes), divided
  2. 1 Tbsp. Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon
  3. 1 lb. scallops or whitefish (sea bass or flounder), chopped
  4. 1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
  5. 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  6. 1 habanero pepper, seeded and finely chopped
  7. 1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro

1. Combine 2 Tbsp. lime juice with Knorr® Chicken flavor Bouillon in small microwave-safe cup and microwave at HIGH 20 seconds or until very hot. Let cool.

2. Combine Bouillon mixture, remaining lime juice and remaining ingredients in medium bowl. Refrigerate at least 3 hours before serving.
