  2. 2 tbsp creme fraiche or greek yogurt
  3. 1 cup arugula or watercress
  4. 4 ounces low-sodium ham  sliced
  5. 4 large eggs,scrambled or fried
  6. 4 whole grain rolls or whole grain English muffins, toasted

1. Combine Maille® Dijon Originale Traditional Dijon Mustard with creme fraiche in small bowl. Evenly spread English Muffins. Top evenly with greens, ham and cooked eggs. Season, if desired, with ground black pepper.
