- 3 Tbsp. chopped assorted fresh herbs, (sage, rosemary and thyme)
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 whole chicken, (about 3 lbs.)
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- 1 package Knorr® Roasted Chicken Gravy Mix
Directions
Print1. Preheat oven to 350°. Combine herbs and oil in small bowl. Place chicken in roasting pan. Rub herb mixture over chicken and under skin. Season chicken with salt and pepper.
2. Roast 1 hour 15 minutes or until meat thermometer inserted in thickest part of thigh reaches 165°. Let stand 15 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare Knorr ® Gravy Classics ™ Roasted Chicken Gravy Mix according to package directions. Serve with chicken.
