- 5 cups cauliflower florets
- 1 lb. all-purpose potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch thick wedges
- 1 small red onion, cut into wedges
- 1 Tbsp. Knorr® Taste of India Meat & Vegetable Seasoning
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
Directions
Print1. Preheat oven to 425°. Line rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper or coat pan with no-stick cooking spray.
2. Combine vegetables, Knorr® Taste of India Meat & Vegetable Seasoning and olive oil in large bowl. For best results, season with salt.
3. Arrange on rimmed baking sheet. Bake 30 minutes or until vegetables are golden brown and tender. Serve with chopped fresh parsley and lemon wedges if desired.
