- 1 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 lb. Italian sausage, removed from casing
- 2 medium zucchini and/or yellow squash, quartered lengthwise and sliced
- 1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Cheddar Broccoli
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, halved
- 2 Tbsp. thinly sliced fresh basil leaves
Directions
Print1. MELT margarine in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook sausage, stirring frequently, until crumbly, about 5 minutes. Add zucchini and cook, stirring, 1 minute.
2. PREPARE Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Cheddar Broccoli in same skillet according to package directions, stirring in tomatoes during the last 3 minutes of cook time.
3. SPRINKLE with basil.
