  2. 3/4 cup lite coconut milk

  4. 1 can (14.5 oz.) no salt added red kidney beans, rinsed and drained
  5. 1 can (14.5 oz.) no salt added green peas, drained (optional)
  6. 1/2 tsp. smoked paprika
  7. Ground black pepper to taste

1. BRING water, coconut milk, and Knorr® Asian Sides™ - Chicken flavor Fried Rice to a boil in large skillet.

2. STIR in beans, peas and smoked paprika. Reduce heat and cook, covered, 7 minutes, or until rice is tender.
