Ingredients List
  1. 1 1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  2. 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
  3. 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  4. 2 Tbsp. margarine
  5. 4 cups broccoli florets
  6. 1 cup water
  7. 1 tub Knorr® Homestyle Stock - Chicken
  8. 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

1. Toss chicken, flour and garlic in medium bowl; set aside.

2. Melt margarine in 12-in. nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, stirring occasionally, until chicken is thoroughly cooked, about 6 minutes . Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.

3. Stir broccoli into same skillet and cook 1 minute. Stir in water and Knorr® Homestyle Stock - Chicken until Stock is melted. Reduce heat to low and simmer 3 minutes. Return chicken to skillet and heat through. Stir in lemon juice.
