- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 package Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Creamy Chicken flavor
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
- 1/2 cup shredded 2 % cheddar cheese
- 1 large green onion, sliced
Directions
Print1. HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, stirring occasionally, until thoroughly cooked, about 5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
2. COOK Knorr® Rice Sides™ - Creamy Chicken flavor in same skillet according to package directions, adding broccoli during last 5 minutes of cook time.
3. STIR in tomatoes. Serve sprinkled with bacon, cheese and green onions.
