Ingredients List
  1. 10 small soft tortillas
  2. 2 cups mixed lettuce leaves
  3. 2 cups finely sliced red cabbage
  4. 1 sliced avocado
  5. 1 finely sliced carrot
  6. 100 g feta cheese crumbled
  7. 2 tbsps fresh coriander / flat parsley leaves
  8. 1 lime cut in wedges
  9. 4 tbsps Maille® Dijon Original Mustard

1. Toast the tortillas in a dry pan until hot

2. Fill each tortilla with the lettuce, red cabbage, carrot and avocado

3. Smear the Dijon mustard evenly over each tortilla

4. Crumble the feta on top and decorate with the herb leaves
