  1. 1 avocado
  2. 1 pomelo
  3. 100 g of Lamb's lettuce
  4. 1 tbsp Maille® Honey Dijon Mustard
  5. 3 tbsp extra virgin olive oil of Providence AOC
  6. 1 tbsp of white balsamic vinegar
  7. 1 orange

1. Peel and cut the avocado. Quickly sear each face in a pan or on a grill.

2. Peel the pomelo, keep the juice apart from the pomelo bits.

3. Mix this pomelo juice with the orange juice, put it in a saucepan until the juice gets syrupy.

4. In a bowl, mix the citrus juice with the Maille Honey Dijon mustard, add a pinch of White Balsamic Dressing and prepare the vinaigrette sauce with the olive oil.

5. Spread the pomelos and the slices of roasted avocado over the lettuce and top your ingredients with your vinaigrette sauce.
