Cook up Knorr’s delicious Rice with Shrimp & Pineapple made with a few simple ingredients. A recipe that’s quick and easy to make but flavorful to eat!

Ingredients List
  1. 8 Tbsp. olive oil
  2. 1 medium onion, chopped
  3. 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  4. 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped
  5. 1/2 tsp. salt
  6. 1 cup fresh pineapple chunks or canned
  7. 1 cup uncooked long grain rice
  8. 2 1/4 cups water
  9. 1 Knorr® Shrimp flavor Bouillon Cube(s), crumbled
  10. 1 packet Knorr® Sazon with Coriander and Annatto
  11. 1 lb. uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
  12. Hot pepper sauce to taste
  13. 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  14. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1. In 4-quart saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat and cook onion, garlic, red pepper and salt, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes. Stir in pineapple, rice, water, Knorr® Shrimp flavor Bouillon Cube, and Knorr® Sazon with Coriander and Annatto. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to low and simmer covered 20 minutes. Stir in shrimp. Simmer covered an additional 5 minutes or until shrimp turn pink. Garnish with green onions and cilantro.
