Ingredients List
  1. 1 lemon squeezed reserve the zest
  2. 7 oz smoked salmon
  3. 24 ready-made cocktail blinis
  4. 1 white spring onion sprig finely chopped
  5. 5 fl oz creme fraiche
  6. 1 tbsp Maille® Honey Dijon Mustard
  7. 1 tbsp of Maille® Mustard Variety Pack

1. In a bowl add the salmon, lemon juice and Maille Chablis white wine and black truffle, cover and let marinate in the fridge for 30mins.

2. Place the crème fraiche in a bowl and add, the lemon zest, spring onion, and Maille honey Dijon mustard, with a piping bag (or smear with a spoon) pipe the mixture onto the blinis evenly.

3. Slice the marinated salmon into roughly even pieces and decorate on top of the blinis, you can add finely cut chives to give colour to your blinis and serve.
