  1. 2.5 oz wild smoked salmon fillet
  2. 1/2 cup coconut cream (from top of refrigerated coconut milk can)
  3. 1 tsp dill. chopped
  4. 2 tsp Maille® Dijon Original Mustard
  5. 2 tsp fresh lemon juice
  6. Sea salt to taste
  7. Crudite board: radishes, carrots, Maille Cornichons cucumber
