- 1 1/4 lbs. 93% lean ground beef
- 1 package (5 oz.) shiitake mushroom caps, diced small, (2 cups)
- 2 packed cups baby spinach leaves, (3 oz.), chopped small
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped, (1 cup)
- 3/4 cup quick oats
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup Knorr® Granulated Zero Salt Beef Bouillon
Directions
Print1. Preheat oven to 425°. Coat shallow baking dish or baking pan with cooking spray.
2. Combine all ingredients in large bowl. Thoroughly mix until well blended. Place in prepared baking dish and form into an oval loaf (about 11-in. long and 3-in high).
3. Bake uncovered 30 min or meatloaf is done. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
