Ingredients List
  1. 1/4 cup olive oil, divided
  2. 1 Tbsp. Knorr® Tomato Bouillon with Chicken flavor
  3. 1 small onion, chopped
  4. 2 Tbsp. tomato paste
  5. 1 Tbsp. sugar
  6. 1 clove garlic
  7. 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
  8. 1/2 cup Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  9. 1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into thin strips

1. Combine 1 Tbsp. olive oil and Knorr® Tomato Bouillon with Chicken flavor in small microwave-safe cup and microwave at HIGH 20 seconds or until very hot. Process with remaining oil, onion, tomato paste, sugar and garlic in blender or food processor until smooth. Stir in cilantro. Remove 1 Tbsp. mixture and combine with Mayonnaise. Refrigerate until ready to use.

2. Thread chicken onto 8 skewers and arrange in nonaluminum baking dish; rub with remaining olive oil mixture. Cover and marinate in refrigerator about 30 minutes.

3. Grill or broil chicken until chicken is thoroughly cooked, turning once, about 6 minutes. Serve with reserved mayonnaise dipping sauce.
