Simple Ways To Keep Your Skin Healthy At Home

2- Using the same technique, place either finger above and below your jawline working from your chin towards your ear. Repeat this 10-15 times.
3- On your forehead between your eyebrows is where we form “frown lines”. Using the pads of your pointer finger, massage in small circles for 30-60 seconds.
4- Now lets work on our smile lines. Pursing your lips, puff your upper lip out and using the side of your knuckles on either side of your nose, make 15-20 downward strokes.
5- Use your knuckle to rub up and down on your forehead for 15-20 seconds.
6- Now we move onto the neck. From your collar bone up towards the tip of your chin, use your fingers to make 15-20 upward strokes.
