Strawberry Shortcake Sundae

INGREDIENTS

• 7-8 Shortbread, crumbled
• 2 pints of Talenti Strawberry Shortcake Gelato Layers (Link opens in new window.)
• 4 tablespoons strawberry jam
• 1 cup whipped cream
• 2 cups fresh strawberries, quartered

INSTRUCTIONS

1. Start with crumbled shortbread cookies.
2. Add a layer of strawberry shortcake gelato, top with crumbled shortbread, warmed strawberry jam, and quartered fresh strawberries.
3. Top with whipped cream, more jam, and crumbled cookies.
