Ingredients List
- 2 large chicken thighs
- 16 oz of vermicelli rice noodles
- bamboo skewers
- 2 tbsp of Knorr Liquid Seasoning
- 1 tbsp of honey or agave nectar
- 1 tsp of salt
- 1 tsp of white pepper
- 2 tbsp of lemongrass
- 1 tbsp of oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp of hoisin sauce
- sliced cucumbers
- shredded carrots
- cilantro
- basil
- mint
- 1 tsp of fish sauce
- 4 tsp of water
- 2 tsp of sugar
- 1 tsp of vinegar or lemon juice
- Thai chili
DIRECTIONS

Soak bamboo skewers in water for 15 minutes.

Chop chicken thighs into bite-size pieces. Marinade the chicken for at least 30 minutes with the ingredients listed.

Skewer the chicken and cook in an air fryer for 21 minutes flipping every 3 minutes.
