Ingredients List
- 1 3/4 cups water
- 1 package Knorr® Mexican Rice Side
- 1 can (15 oz.) low sodium black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (14 oz.) no salt added corn kernels, drained
- 1 can (10 oz.) diced tomatoes with green chilies, undrained
Directions
Print1. BRING water and Knorr® Fiesta Sides™ - Mexican Rice to a boil in large skillet.
2. STIR in beans, corn and diced tomatoes with green chilies. Reduce heat and simmer covered 7 minutes or until rice is tender.
3. SERVE, if desired, in warm corn tortillas or with tortilla chips; now it's delicious. Dig in!
