Cheesy Black-Eyed Pea Jalapeno Dip

Ingredients List
  1. 1 can (15 oz.) black-eyed peas, rinsed and drained
  2. 1 container (8 oz.) sour cream
  3. 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix
  4. 1 can (4 oz.) diced jalapeno peppers, drained
  5. 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese



1. Heat oven to 350°. Place black-eyed peas in a large bowl and use a fork or potato masher to mash up. Add sour cream, Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix, jalapenos and cheddar cheese. Mix well and place in a baking dish

2. Bake at 350° for 15 - 20 minutes, or until hot and lightly browned. Serve dip with fresh vegetables and tortilla chips
