Cook up Knorr’s delicious Chili Lime Chicken & Rice made with a few simple ingredients. A recipe that’s quick and easy to make but flavorful to eat!

Ingredients List
  1. 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (about 1-1/4 lbs.)
  2. 3/4 tsp. chili powder
  3. 1 Tbsp. oil
  4. 1 Tbsp. lime juice
  5. 1 package Knorr® Fiesta Sides™ - Mexican Rice, prepared according to package directions
  6. Your favorite taco toppings (shredded cheddar cheese, chopped tomato, chopped onion and lettuce



1. SPRINKLE chicken with chili powder. Heat oil in large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook chicken, turning once, until thoroughly cooked, about 6 minutes. Stir in lime juice.

2. SPOON Rice onto serving platter, then top with chicken and any chicken drippings.

3. TOP with your favorite taco toppings; now it's delicious. Dig in!
