  1. 12 ounces jumbo lump crab meat, picked through
  2. 1/2 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  3. Grated peel and juice of 1 lemon
  4. 3 Tbsp. olive oil
  5. 3 Tbsp. minced fresh chives
  6. 2 Tbsp. chopped watercress
  7. 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh tarragon leaves
  8. 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley leaves
  9. 1 clove garlic, minced
  10. 8 slices lightly toasted brioche bread
  11. 8 slices ripe tomato
  12. 8 Bibb lettuce leaves
  13. 1 avocado, sliced (optional)

1. Combine crab meat, Hellmann's® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise, lemon juice and peel, olive oil, chives, watercress, tarragon, parsley and garlic in medium bowl. Season, if desired, with salt and pepper to taste.

2. Load 4 slices toasted brioche with crab salad, tomato, lettuce and avocado. Top with remaining brioche. Enjoy!
