- 1 envelope Lipton® Soup Secrets® Noodle Soup Mix with Real Chicken Broth
- 4 1/2 cups water
- 2 Tbsp. rice wine or red wine vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- 1 lb. uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 package (.8 oz.) frozen sugar snap peas *
- 2 ounces radishes, sliced (about 1/3 cup)
- Pinch crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
Print1. Combine Lipton® Soup Secrets® Noodle Soup Mix with Real Chicken Broth, water, vinegar, ginger and red pepper in large saucepan. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low and simmer uncovered, stirring occasionally, 1 minute. Stir in shrimp, sugar snap peas and radishes. Simmer, stirring occasionally, until shrimp are pink and vegetables are crisp-tender, about 4 minutes.
