Ingredients List
  1. 1 box (10 oz.) frozen chopped spinach, cooked and squeezed dry
  2. 1 package (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
  3. 3/4 cup Hellmann’s® or Best Foods® Real Mayonnaise
  4. 1 package Knorr® Vegetable Recipe Mix
  5. 1 1/2 cups (1 lb.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese, cheddar or Swiss cheese, divided
  6. 1 can (14 oz.) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
  7. 1 can (8 oz.) water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  8. 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped

1. Preheat oven to 350°.

2. Combine spinach, cream cheese, mayonnaise, Knorr® Vegetable recipe mix, 1 cup cheese, artichoke hearts, water chestnuts and garlic. Spoon into a 2-quart casserole, then top with remaining 1/2 cup of cheese.

3. Bake for 35 minutes or until dip is hot.
