Ingredients List
  1. 6 extra large tiger prawns
  2. 1 cup small tiger prawns
  3. 8 scallops
  4. 3/4 cup samphire
  5. 1/2 baguette
  6. 4 tablespoons olive oil
  7. 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
  8. 2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
  9. 2 tablespoons butter
  10. 4 tablespoons Maille mustard with Rose wine and grapefruit

1. Peel the prawns and add to a pan with 2 tablespoons of the olive oil and place on medium heat, colour on both sides, add 1 Tablespoon of the Maille Mustard with Rosé Wine and Grapefruit , place in a serving dish and sprinkle with the parsley.
