Ingredients List
- 4 large chicken breast fillets
- Coconut milk
- 1 tbsp of olive oil
- 1 small onion
- 1 garlic clove
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tsp champagne brandy & christmas spices mustard
Directions
Print1. Prepare the ingredients: cut the chicken into strips, peel and finely chop the onion and garlic clove.
2. Heat the oil in a large frying pan, add the finely chopped onions and garlic and fry until golden brown.
3. Add the chicken and brown. Add a teaspoon of Champagne Brandy & Christmas Spices mustard as well as the coconut milk. Season to taste, stir and let simmer.
