  2. 2 1/2 lbs. assorted fresh vegetables, sliced
  3. 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
  4. 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Savory Herb with Garlic Soup Mix

1. Preheat oven to 450°.

2. Combine all ingredients in large baking or roasting pan until well coated. Bake 50 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked and vegetables are tender, basting after 30 minutes.
