Ingredients List
  1. 1 can canned chickpeas
  2. 1 small pumpkin
  3. 1 tbsp of tahini paste
  4. 1 garlic clove
  5. Lemon juice
  6. Salt
  7. 1 tsp lemon, garlic and white wine mustard
  8. Pumpkin seeds and cinnamon to sprinkle

1. Rinse the canned chickpeas thoroughly

2. If whole pumpkin: cut into sliced and roast in oven until tender. Remove skins & mash to puree.

3. Place all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth.

4. Decorate with pumpkin seeds and serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top
