Ingredients List
- 1 package Knorr ® Mi Arroz™ White Rice Seasoning Mix
- 3 cups water
- 1 1/2 cups long grain rice
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 small roasted poblano pepper, chopped* (about 1/4 cup)
- 1/2 cup cooked corn
- low-fat sour cream
Directions
Print1. Prepare rice according to Knorr® Mi Arroz™ White Rice Seasoning Mix package directions.
2. Remove from heat and stir in poblano pepper and corn. Let stand covered 10 minutes. If desired, serve rice garnished with lowfat sour cream. It's delicious!!
