Slow Cooker Beef Brisket

Ingredients List
  1. 2 large all-purpose potatoes, cut into 1-inch pieces
  2. 3 medium carrot, sliced
  3. 3 lbs. boneless beef brisket
  4. 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Onion Soup Mix
  5. 1/2 cup water
  6. 4 Tbsp. tomato paste



1. In slow cooker, arrange potatoes and carrots. Place beef on top of vegetables. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over beef.

2. Cook covered on LOW 8 to 10 hours or HIGH 4 to 6 hours or until beef is tender.
