Slow Cooker Ropa Vieja

Ingredients List
  1. 1 1/2 lbs. boneless flank steak
  2. 1 jar (1 lb. 8 oz.) pasta sauce
  3. 1 envelope Lipton® Recipe Secrets® Beefy Onion Soup Mix
  4. 1 can (4 oz.) chopped green chilies, undrained
  5. 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes



1. Combine all ingredients in slow cooker.

2. Cook covered on HIGH 4 to 6 hours or LOW 8 to 10 hours or until meat is fork-tender. Remove meat from sauce; cool slightly. Shred meat with two forks. Return meat to sauce and serve, if desired, over hot cooked rice.
