
Ambrosia Sundaes Recipe
This ambrosia sundae recipe combines mandarin oranges, coconut and Breyers® Original French Vanilla Ice Cream for a light and refreshing dessert.
Ingredients List
- 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained*
- 1/4 cup orange marmalade
- 2 Tbsp. rum or coconut flavored rum
- 2 cups Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream
- 1/4 cup flaked coconut, toasted if desired
Directions
Print1. Cook oranges, marmalade and rum in small saucepan until heated through.
2. Scoop Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream into 4 goblets or dessert dishes, then top with warm orange mixture and coconut.
