This ambrosia sundae recipe combines mandarin oranges, coconut and Breyers® Original French Vanilla Ice Cream for a light and refreshing dessert.

Ingredients List
  1. 1 can (11 oz.) mandarin oranges, drained*
  2. 1/4 cup orange marmalade
  3. 2 Tbsp. rum or coconut flavored rum
  4. 2 cups Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream
  5. 1/4 cup flaked coconut, toasted if desired



1. Cook oranges, marmalade and rum in small saucepan until heated through.

2. Scoop Breyers® Natural Vanilla Ice Cream into 4 goblets or dessert dishes, then top with warm orange mixture and coconut.
